You'll be greeted with a tour of our yoga lodge, snacks will be available before yoga and dinner will be served shortly after.
We will wake for coffee, tea, and a snack before morning yoga. A breakfast buffet follows, featuring fresh quiche, warm frittatas, yogurt, fresh fruit, or eggs. When finished, we'll head out into the elements for our first adventure.
A hearty lunch often consists of smoked salmon paninis or salad bowls, fish tacos or fresh civiche, or a salad or burrito bar, depending on the season. Lunch is often followed by hot tubbing, couch naps, book reading, or connecting with new friends.
An evening movement practice will be held right before a warming and satisfying family style dinner. Various sausages with mixed grilled vegetables, or pan seared ginger garlic Steelhead with stuffed mushrooms and a seasonal salad.
Games, conversations, hot tubbing and dancing are often a part of our weekend adventures. Though we are here to play, we are also here to rest so a reasonable "lights out" time will help us get all the rest we deserve.
After a routine morning schedule, we will gather our belongings, say our good byes, and take our memories (and new friends!) into the fold of our daily lives.
