A lot of information needs to be collected for a successful retreat!  We gather all the info needed from participants, destinations, and contractors, compile it all in one place so it is easily accessible, and distribute that information as needed.

We research and plan appropriate excursions and adventures for your retreat and If we're not guiding them our self, we have researched and hired local and expert guides to keep you safe on your journey.

Local or destination, getting you and your people to and from your retreat takes some planning!  We are here to do it for you.

Our private Chef's can create a seasonal meal plan for your adventure and either stock your destination fridge or be on hand to prepare meals at each meal time.

We create a website specific to your retreat that your participants can view and reference for all relevant information, place orders and deposits from, and communicate with CRC staff if any questions or issues arise.  We can also create branded promotional material (posters, postcards) for you to distribute to your clients to help spread the word about your retreat!

We can send a staff member to be on hand for your entire retreat to act as a contact, problem solver, and client concierge, ensuring everyone stays on track, stays safe, and has everything they need to have a great experience.
