Jess is a nurse practitioner turned empowerment and psychedelic integration coach. She has over 10 years of experience in the primary care field, where she found the system was failing those that really wanted to make changes to their physical and mental health. She started coaching to take a new perspective on healing. She believes that we are all human and unique and cannot be confined to a diagnosis. Jess uses many modalities including psychedelics, mindfulness, somatic journeying, tapping and breathwork to help her clients find the innate healer within themselves and take their lives back into their own control. She is interested in getting to the root cause of distress and offering holistic approaches.
Most people describe their ketamine experience as peaceful and calming. About 50% of people will experience visual hallucinations, others just shifts in energy. Ketamine can bring compassion and empathy to difficult situations you’ve gone through in life. Relax and allow your subconscious to take you on a journey!
Before the retreat, your medical intake will be a 45 minute virtual intake with Jess, our nurse practitioner. She will review your mental and physical health, and to ensure that ketamine is right for you. The conversation includes discussing expectations, setting intentions, and everything else pertaining to your ketamine therapy experience. If approved, ketamine will be mailed to your home as a prescription from our compounding pharmacy and the pharmacy will contact you directly for payment (approximately $90). Please note this cost of the ketamine is separate from your retreat cost. You will also need to remember to bring your medication with you for this weekend retreat.
On the day of the psychedelic experience we will take the time to revisit your intention (discussed during your medical intake). You will have an exam by our medical staff and then prepare for your experience. The ketamine will be administered by mouth and you’ll be walked through all the details. Once you begin your journey, you will be closely monitored by both our nurses and psychedelic facilitators. They are present to support you, ensure your safety, and alleviate any anxiety. The experience will last between 1-3 hours. You will be comfortably reclined while wearing an eye mask and listening to a curated playlist to guide you on your psychedelic journey.
Following your experience, you will work with an integration coach to process your journey. If you are taking part in the group integration, we will process and share our experiences as a community the night of and the following day. Subsequent coaching, integration sessions and ketamine experiences will be available to you based on your needs.
*Please note that ketamine was approved by the FDA in 2019 for the treatment of treatment-resistant depression. All other treatments or uses of ketamine are still considered “off-label.”
If you’d like to participate in this portion of the weekend, please e-mail Jess by clicking the button below. Respond with your full name, date of birth and days and times that would work well for a medical intake. Although most people will qualify for ketamine treatment, please note that some medical conditions may be considered dangerous with this medication.

You'll be greeted with a tour of our lodge, snacks or dinner, and a beverage of your choosing.
We will wake for coffee, tea, and a snack before morning yoga. Breakfast follows and then we head out into the elements for our first adventure.
A warm lunch to refuel us after being outside is often followed by hot tubbing, hammock naps, book reading, or connecting with new friends.
An evening yoga practice to soothe our bodies will be held right before a warming and satisfying family style dinner.
Games, conversations, hot tubbing and dancing are often a part of our weekend adventures. Though we are here to play, we are also here to rest so a reasonable "lights out" time will help us get all the rest we deserve.
After a routine morning schedule, we will gather our belongings, say our good byes, and take our memories (and new friends!) into the fold of our daily lives.
