We understand that life happens. We want all of our participants and leaders to have the opportunity to travel safely, create amazing memories, and be happy and healthy always. But, sometimes we get sick, unexpected expenses arise, or circumstances change. We have developed the following standards to ensure that we can continue to offer authentic and amazing adventures to you and others. We will be as flexible as we can if any of these unforeseen circumstances make their way into your life.
If you must cancel your booking, please request a cancelation form from CRC. Once we received your completed form, your cancelation will be subject to the following:
It is required that each participant purchase basic travel insurance for their individual booking. Your insurance policy must have coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, and lost luggage as CRC will not be held liable for any of those circumstances.
If you cancel your booking more than 90 day prior to the start date of your adventure, you have the option of transferring your deposit + payments to another person or retreat for a $100 fee. We will do all we can to assist you in transferring your booking as we take no joy in enforcing our no refund policies.
