We understand that life happens.  We want all of our participants and leaders to have the opportunity to travel safely, create amazing memories, and be happy and healthy always.  But, sometimes we get sick, unexpected expenses arise, or circumstances change.  We have developed the following standards to ensure that we can continue to offer authentic and amazing adventures to you and others. We will be as flexible as we can if any of these unforeseen circumstances make their way into your life.

If you must cancel your booking, please request a cancelation form from CRC.  Once we received your completed form, your cancelation will be subject to the following:

1. All payments are non-refundable after 24 hours.
2. Your booking will be automatically canceled if all payments are not received by the due date and your spot will be offered to those on our waitlist.
3. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 days of receipt of cancelation form.  Keep in mind, your banking institution may take longer to process the refund.
4. CRC is only liable for refunds pertaining to services purchased through CRC that are subject to the guidelines outlined within this document.  Additional services such as photos, bodywork, airfare, etc., are considered non-refundable by CRC.
5. If your booking needs to be canceled by CRC, all monies paid will be transferred to another event of your choosing baring unforeseen circumstances beyond CRC’s control, including, without limitation, strikes, embargoes, governmental regulations, inclement weather, and other acts of God, war or other strife.
6. In the rare case the cost of a booking changes, all parties will be notified immediately.  CRC will not be liable for an increase of price and will work with you to find a suitable booking if original reservation becomes unacceptable. 

It is required that each participant purchase basic travel insurance for their individual booking. Your insurance policy must have coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, and lost luggage as CRC will not be held liable for any of those circumstances.

If you cancel your booking more than 90 day prior to the start date of your adventure, you have the option of transferring your deposit + payments to another person or retreat for a $100 fee.  We will do all we can to assist you in transferring your booking as we take no joy in enforcing our no refund policies.
