This summer getaway will bring all the things you LOVE about these two to the mountains! Featuring a beautiful hike, a river float, mindful breathwork, insightful movement practices, and delicious home style meals, this weekend is full of yoga, outdoor adventure, soul nourishing food, plus time to connect and find solitude.
We'll hike a river gorge and take a dip in the Icicle river, Float the slow waters of the Wenatchee, practice breathwork, vinyasa, + restorative yoga, and soak up the sweet views from our hot tub adjacent to the spacious lodge we'll call home for our weekend away. All meals are included and specially crafted specifically for this retreat.
Coffee brews at 7:30am, yoga starts at 8:30am. After we enjoy a group breakfast, we'll gear up and head out to our first adventure. We'll make time to refuel before a lazy river float in the afternoon. Evening yoga begins at 5:30pm, group dinner follows. Music, dancing, and group games are common and encouraged.

You'll be greeted with a tour of our yoga lodge, snacks or dinner, and a beverage of your choosing.
We will wake for coffee, tea, and a snack before morning yoga. Breakfast follows and then we head out into the elements for our first adventure.
A warm lunch to refuel us after being outside is often followed by hot tubbing, hammock naps, book reading, or connecting with new friends.
An evening yoga practice to soothe our bodies will be held right before a warming and satisfying family style dinner.
Games, conversations, hot tubbing and dancing are often a part of our weekend adventures. Though we are here to play, we are also here to rest so a reasonable "lights out" time will help us get all the rest we deserve.
After a routine morning schedule, we will gather our belongings, say our good byes, and take our memories (and new friends!) into the fold of our daily lives.
