This adventure will have you soaring! Featuring a beautiful hike and a river float, this weekend is full of yoga, outdoor adventure, food, plus time to connect and find solitude.
What to expect
We'll hike a river gorge and take a dip in the Icicle river, Float the slow waters of the Wenatchee, enjoy a diversity of yoga practices, and soak up the sweet views from our hot tub adjacent to the spacious lodge we'll call home for our weekend away.
A day on retreat
Coffee brews at 7:30am, yoga starts at 8:30am. After we enjoy a group breakfast, we'll gear up and head out to our daily adventure. We'll make time in the afternoon for connection or solitude before evening yoga begins at 5:30pm. Group dinner follows. Music, dancing, and group games are common and encouraged.

Example itinerary
Arrival
You'll be greeted with a tour of our yoga lodge, snacks or dinner, and a beverage of your choosing.
Mornings
We will wake for coffee, tea, and a snack before morning yoga. Breakfast follows and then we head out into the elements for our first adventure.
Afternoons
A warm lunch to refuel us after being outside is often followed by hot tubbing, hammock naps, book reading, or connecting with new friends.
Evenings
An evening yoga practice to soothe our bodies will be held right before a warming and satisfying family style dinner.
Nights
Games, conversations, hot tubbing and dancing are often a part of our weekend adventures. Though we are here to play, we are also here to rest so a reasonable "lights out" time will help us get all the rest we deserve.
Departure
After a routine morning schedule, we will gather our belongings, say our good byes, and take our memories (and new friends!) into the fold of our daily lives.
