This summer retreat was simply beautiful, full of fun and helped me to unwind, tap in, and meet some great people. Balanced with yoga and outdoors, this weekend retreat included some really diverse men, women and ages, creating a truly playful and also genuine environment to connect with others. Food was delicious, healthy and so damn good.
Great people, delicious food and sweet grounding yoga practice. The lodge was very nice: spacious, beautiful and accommodating. Hike was good, river float was great. The practice of silence in the morning makes for a really sweet and calm start to the day.
This retreat was a great community of people and I feel honored to be a part of it. I really appreciate the detail and communication that Brian put into the pre retreat. This allowed each person to walk in knowing what to expect and what they had signed up for. Thank you so much for being organized and offering such a safe space for like minded people to come together.
I went on this retreat with no expectations and I left feeling completely refreshed, with a "full cup", and new friends! It was amazing to have the opportunity to just hang out with fellow yogis and get to know new people. Extra cool that a few of them even practice at the same studio. It may sound a little cliche, but this weekend honest

It was amazing to have the opportunity to just hang out with fellow yogis and get to know new people. Extra cool that a few of them even practice at the same studio. It may sound a little cliche, but this weekend honestly provided an opportunity for me to "shift" my mindset, reminded me of the yoga community's nourishing and soulful qualities, and probably will positively change my life as a result.
This retreat was well thought out and the lodge was one of the nicest I've ever stayed at! I loved the combination of yoga, good food, and nature. The live DJ during yoga was a huge plus! All around just a wonderful weekend that left my soul full!
