This weekend along the coast of Washington is an adventure like no other! We will yoga, enjoy group meals, learn about the flora, fauna, and history of our surroundings, hike and sleep; all in the wilderness of the Olympic National Forest.
We'll meet at a campground near our trailhead for our first night together. Our first group meal will be around the campfire where we will get to know each other and review our weekend itinerary, equipment, and intentions for the weekend. The next two days will be spent in the wild! We'll find good spots for yoga, meals, and camping along the coast of the Olympic Peninsula. Our last day will have us back at the campground where we started, there we can get cleaned up and head home or spend an extra night under the starts. Yogis choice.
Coffee brews at 7:30am, yoga starts at 8:30am. After yoga, we'll enjoy a group breakfast, pack up our gear, and continue on our adventure (4-6 miles per day). Each person will be responsible for carrying their own share of belongings and group equipment. We'll make time each day for rest, photo opportunities, learning experiences, incredible vistas, connection with our camp mates, snacks, and meals.
With room for up to 10 participants, this long weekend includes:
all of your meals (9), a tent to sleep in, trained wilderness guides,
6 yoga classes in the wild.
What you need to provide yourself:
